2. Purpose

The application supports school tutoring organization. It does not replace educational decisions, specialized professionals, institutional procedures, or legal duties.

3. User responsibility

Users must record only necessary information, use professional language, protect devices, control access, and keep suitable backups.

4. Prohibited use

Users may not violate rights, store illegal or offensive content, seek unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, or impair the product.

5. Student data

Users must follow institutional rules and applicable law. Identifiable student data must not be sent through support or feedback forms.

6. Availability and updates

Features may be corrected, changed, or discontinued. Items under consideration are not promises of dates or implementation.

7. Liability

Within limits permitted by law, Codes by Erax is not responsible for loss caused by missing backups, misuse, unauthorized device access, or violation of institutional rules.

8. Intellectual property

Access does not transfer rights over code, brand, interface, text, illustrations, documentation, or materials.

9. Redistribution

Users may not sell, sublicense, republish, modify, disassemble, or redistribute the application without authorization. The official link may be shared.

Third-party components remain subject to their licenses. Submit questions through the official form without student data.
